Why choose personal training?
 
For me, personal training is about helping you achieve your goals, which ultimately will lead to improvements in your physical and mental health and wellbeing.
 
Everyone has different goals. For some this is losing weight to improve health; for others, it is about being fitter or achieving new personal bests in races. Others want to improve their muscular strength or have a more toned appearance.
 
My aim is to create individualised, sustainable exercise programmes for you, including healthy nutritional advice, which you can continue using for many years.

I have a well-equiped, private gym in Haywards Heath where you can come either on your own or with a friend and participate in a session aimed at achieving your goals.
